Draft status

This draft must be reviewed by a qualified privacy attorney before public launch. It describes the current application architecture and must be updated whenever Dwelyx LLC changes its data collection, vendors, authentication, analytics, advertising, payments, or messaging.

  • Privacy-conscious first-party marketplace and buyer-funnel events, including bounded campaign attribution, pseudonymous session identifiers, and account-linked milestones when signed in.
  • Technical request information ordinarily processed by hosting, database, and network providers to deliver and secure the service.

Retention, security, and user choices

Retention periods, deletion procedures, privacy-request methods, state-specific rights, international transfers, and a production security contact require owner and attorney decisions. Dwelyx LLC should collect only what it needs, restrict access, and delete information when it is no longer required.
